1. Information We Collect
1.1 Information you provide: Username, email, avatar during registration; profile information; photos and content you publish; communications with customer support.
1.2 Device information: Device model, OS version, unique device identifiers, app version, language and region settings for service optimization.
1.3 Usage data: Feature usage, page views, crash logs, and performance data for product improvement.
1.4 Photo data: When you use AI beautify or other cloud image processing features, the photo you capture or select is uploaded to our servers and processed by third-party AI services we use to generate the enhanced result. Photos may include face imagery. We do not use photos for identity recognition, face matching, or biometric authentication. When you publish a photo to the community, the published content is stored on our servers for community display.
1.5 Face-related data:
The App may perform on-device face detection (e.g. bounding boxes) for framing assistance; servers may detect face regions in uploaded photos to choose beautify parameters. This is not identity recognition. Cloud-processed photos are retained only as needed, then deleted or anonymized; published content is retained under community rules until deleted or account deletion.

We may use services such as Firebase for crash reporting, basic usage analytics, and push notifications. On iOS, if cross-app tracking is involved, we will request your authorization as required by the system.
2. How We Use Information
2.1 We use collected information to provide, maintain, and improve our services; process subscriptions; recommend content; send notifications; serve personalized ads; analyze trends; and prevent abuse.
2.2 We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
2.3 Before sending photos to third-party AI services, we explain in the App what data is sent, who receives it, and for what purpose, and we obtain your consent.
3. Information Sharing
3.1 We may share your information with third parties only with your consent, as required by law, or as necessary to provide services (e.g., payment processing via Stripe/PayPal).
3.2 Third-party services include: third-party AI image processing providers (which may include Alibaba Cloud DashScope/Bailian, ModelScope, Hugging Face, Agnes AI, or self-hosted model services), Stripe/PayPal (payments), Firebase (push notifications).
4. Data Storage and Security
4.1 Your account information and published content are stored on our servers with encryption and access controls.
4.2 We implement reasonable security measures including HTTPS encryption, encrypted storage, and access controls.
5. Your Rights
5.1 You may access, correct, or delete your personal information through the App settings.
5.2 You may withdraw consent to data processing at any time.
5.3 You may delete your account. Upon deletion, we will delete or anonymize your data.
6. Children Privacy
The App is not intended for children under 14. If we discover data from a child under 14, we will promptly delete it.
7. Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be notified in the App.
